- Prices per night and not include 18% of the taxes either 10% of the services
- All hotel rooms are non-smoking, the guest will pay a penalty as appropriate, for smoking in the room during their stay.
- Non-resident guests who present their passport and Andean migration card whose entry stamp indicates a stay of less than 60 days will be exempt from the 18% IGV on the lodging charge, as long as the hotel issues an invoice in the guest's name.
